I can print a document but when I print from the computer it says paper jam
Lots of "unknown" bits.
Ideas...
- Unknown printer is dirty / in need of maintenance or cleaning.
- Printer is not aware of the paper size / type used in the job settings as compared to the paper loaded in the printer.
- The settings are incomplete - perhaps missing the paper size and type needed for the current job.
- The settings are complete but in conflict - that is, the paper type is not compatible with one of the other settings. For example, possible conflicts can include (and are not limited to): mis-matched paper size / type, selected borderless for an unsupported paper size or type, selected booklet for an supported paper size / type, Source (Tray) is not compatible with the selected paper size and / or paper type.
