I bought a laptop with OS Windows 10 x64 20h2 installed flash drives, keyboards and mice stopped showing after 3 months. tried sfc/scannow via cmd updated the drivers in the repair shop - after that the laptop stopped loading the operating system, it constantly threw bsod out the window. reinstalling the operating system does not work due to problems with displaying flash drives, I tried fat32, ntfs under the mbr and gpt structures - it did not help.
I tried options with booting in safe mode, tried system restore using restore points - it gives errors and again the bsod screen. it is impossible to roll back to the factory settings with or without saving the data - an error! The storage device in the laptop is some kind of KIOXIA noname Please tell me what should I do to install a new operating system?
