Hello,
I just got PC just over one week ago. After one week of flawless operations, the system crashed and displayed a messege, "Boot Device Not Found". So I spent an hour on the phone with HP and they ended up sending me a windows recovery USB drive. I pluged that in and went through all of the steps to recover it, however, I am not getting a messege "CTOERROR.flg".
How can I go about fixing this?
I ran the hard drive and memory tests (the extensive versions) under BIOS ans they all passed.
This was my original error
After doing boot recovery I got this messege
I clicked on the Details section on the last photo and got this

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try clean installing W10 by using the Media Creation Tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will allow you to make a bootable W10 installation flash drive (you will need a 4 GB flash drive for this).
The software will work with the W10 product key in your PC's BIOS and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page.
