have an HP computer. I have an old Windows. i dont know if it's windows 10 or even windows 7. and i cant get to my main start up screen to see. right now when i turn on my computer i get the blue screen of death.
code: 0xc00021a.
i've tried pressing f9, f 10, f 11 and f 10 during start up but the mouse doesnt allow me to continue clicking once i get past a certain point. right now after pressing f11 i am stopped at the "recovery manager" page but the mouse is not clicking so i cant even click on system recovery.
