Hello here I am again,

I have some great help from tis community so thankyou,

now I must be a bit thick because I cant get my head around this problem.

i bought my pc with win 10 on it, it updated to win 11 as soon as I booted up,

my pc is running great at present but occasionally I get an error message at boot up

your pc needs repair I have win 10 USB recovery drive purchased through hp,

but after some help from the community  I purchased a USB drive and downloaded win 11 on it,

i cant get in to recovery on my PC it says image not found insert your windows media to get in to automatic repair,

so do I use the win 10 USB or win 11 USB,     thanks  steve

thanks for your help but I still don't understand what to do?

maybe I didn't explain myself properly

my pc is running great , I read everything on the link you sent me,

but I am still confused after running every test through cmd my PC will not load automatic repair?

and am still getting your pc needs repair? every test I have done has passed every component test passed,

but stil need to know why I am getting this error on reset my pc,

the only thing I found was no image found when I ran one scan yet I have win 11 on my C drive and a copy on my D drive

don't want to recover my PC when its running fine ?

Thanks to everyone who helped me,

so I resolved my issues, I recovered  my pc with the win 10 usb I purchsed from the Netherlands via HP support

when it had finished my pc automatically re installed win 11 and

loads of updates, but it was worth it, fingers crossed my pc it ok at present,

I am updating my situation to say thank you and it might help others in the future
