Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Pav 500-p0054 DT

Product#: 3LB89AA#ABA

System IDs missing only UUID number showing...nothing else showing.

Product Name,serial number, SKUNumber, SYSTEM Family, and Build ID is blank.

Hard Drives have been erased completely.

Purchased Recovery usb L50140-002 from HP.

Followed system recovery Instructions

it failed I get message RECOVERY MANAGER... message 0xFFEE016

on a blue screen and it stops.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

It looks like your MB is messed up. Your BIOS seems to be corrupted

 

You could pull the CR2032 MB battery, let the PC sit for a few minutes, then reinstall the battery.

 

I would contact HP Support (Link) if this does not help.

 

You could try a clean W10 install by downloading and creating W10 installation media here (Link).
