hello, I have been trying to reset my PC but i get a message that I do not have admin access, I am the only one who uses my PC. I have tried MSCONFIG I have tried going thru system settings and every option available to reset There are no recovery points saved on PC to be able to recover from an earlier date. Can somo one advise.

Look in "Settings", "Accounts".
What type of account do you have?
I set up Windows using a Local Admin account.
System Restore is probably off. Check this Site for steps to enable this option for future reference.
Your PC may have a HP Cloud Recovery option if it is fairly new or you could do a clean W11 install using Microsoft's USB Media Creation Tool available at this Site.
W10 may only be offered as a Cloud Recovery option if your PC shipped from the factory with W10.
