Pavilion All in One 24 xa0
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone find that their screens blank out randomly for a second? It's like a slow blink as the monitor goes blank. It doesn't affect the programs I'm running, it's just annoying. It happens no matter what I'm doing - emails, web searching, reading PDFs etc. Any ideas would be appreciated!

TIA

Greetings,

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I can't find your specific HP PC using AIO 24Xa0.

Check the chassis for a product number.

You may need a newer graphics driver. I can't direct you to your PC's download site without a product number.

It could be something else (HDD or RAM).

Run HP Diagnostics at boot to check hardware.

Tap "ESC" at system startup.

Select "F2".

Run diagnostics.

Regards

Thanks for your suggestions.

My product is 4YS92AA(hash)ABG. Sorry, my keyboard is also acting up!

I've tried all the online patches, updating BIOS etc and nothing so far so I think I'll take it back to my retailer for a warranty claim.

🙂
