Any tips/tricks to stop my new computer's monitor turning off randomly? It's like a blink when the screen goes blank. It's happening more often and doesn't affect the software I'm running at the time. It doesn't matter what programs I have open, it is just a strange annoyance.

TIA!

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I would contact HP Support (Link) if your PC is brand new.

The random loss of video could be a graphics driver problem or a hardware problem.

Neither should happen when using a new PC.

Regards
