X2 10-P000 is the notebook product name.

X5-Z8350 is the processor: Intel® Atom™ x5-Z8350 (1.44 GHz, up to 1.92 GHz, 2 MB cache, 4 cores)

2gb is the amount of memory, and 32gb is the hard drive size.

10"T refers to the 10" screen size that is a touch screen (T).

RD...I'm not 100% sure, but my best guess is "removable display," as this is an x2 device so you can separate the display from the keyboard to use it as a tablet.
