Product: laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop shows a black brightness slider on the top left of the screen and I am not able to use laptop properly because of full brightness . I can neither drag it or close it and I cant do my work properly . It also stuck my laptop because of that and sometimes cant able to function keyboard and mouse
