Hello.

I'm using a OMEN by HP Laptop 16-b0001nia (4J6A3EA). after scanning, there is an update for intel arc & iris Xe graphics Version:
32.0.101.5972 which i can install from Intel official website, but it says "installing this graphics driver from intel will remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM) . so I checked HP and went through identifying my laptop and all but in the end, most versions to download were outdated. I'd appreciate if you could email me the latest version link to download which was mentioned before ( intel arc & iris Xe graphics Version:32.0.101.5972 ) customized for my laptop.

Thank you.

Hi @AmirOMEN

If your graphics card is working fine, it is better not to upgrade, but if you want to upgrade you can only use the Intel drivers that they offer. HP will not upgrade if it is not necessary. About customization that does not really affect, and I have seen that customization is usually when you turn off the power to dim the screen brightness but that can be accomplished by turning on power saving.
