Welcome to this forum. If you read the posts above yours, you might deduce that you, too, have a problem with your computer's disk-drive -- Windows cannot be loaded from it, and so your computer tries to boot from all other "bootable" sources, including PXE.
Restart your computer, and launch the HP Hardware Diagnostics.
Run the tests against the disk-drive, to get either "pass" or "fail".
Tell us the result.
