Hello, I am trying to switch out of S mode but every time I go to Microsoft Store and click the button, it says there's been on a mistake on their end. Is there another way to get out of S mode?

Nope -- you have to go through the MS Store to do this.

 

Did you NOT research this model ahead of time to learn it came in S Mode?

Try updating the Microsoft store itself.
