Hello, i have just replaced my hard drive and in need of the OP system disk, for i do not have a flash drive large enough for the OP system. I still have product key but cant reach anyone who can help at HP so far. Thank you for you're time.

Unfortunately, HP doesn't sell W7 recovery media for your PC anymore.
You may be able to buy recovery media from this non-HP vendor at the link below.

Here is the link to the W7 Home Premium 64 bit ISO file you can download, and use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD so that it is bootable.
You will need to have access to another Windows PC for this process.
The link will only be good for 24 hours.
