See chapter 3, page 26 of the service manual for how to do that.

You do realize that if you change that setting, you will not be able to boot from the hard drive, correct?

 

If secure boot is enabled, the hard drive is formatted with the GPT partition table.

 

If legacy mode is enabled only drives formatted with a MBR partition table can boot in legacy mode.
