HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

This is a company laptop that I was working on,the Bitlocker recovery key was missing and I could not reset without it. I went into the command prompt and entered the command diskpart ----> list volume ----> select volume 0 ------> DELETE PARTITION OVERRIDE. I believe that volume 0 was the local drive that had bitlocker encryption so deleting it maybe caused the issue. I tried self repair and it could not, I created a bootable USB and it cannot install windows 11 because there is no storage driver. I tried to run the commands bootrec /fixboot and it says access is denied. When I go to diskpart and try listing the disks and volumes it says no fixed disk to show and no volumes showing

Hi:

Usually, when the drive is encrypted, you need to install a new one.

See the discussion below for how to install the storage controller driver.
