Pavillion 500-210qe
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried every procedure I was able to locate on the HP sites and tech community forums. Tried each numerous times and the Bios menu does not pop up. Using wireless keyboard(s). Not sure if that is my issue or not. I'm trying to enable the virtualization setting.

@RMCS_82,

I would try a wired keyboard; preferably the one that shipped with your PC.

Some keyboards can't keep up with the OS boot time so the keyboard is not initialized in time to enter the BIOS.

Regards

System came with wireless keyboard. I'm sure I can find USB one at our Electronics recycle center. More to follow.

Computer died. BIOS be damned! 😁   Purchased new desktop. Thanks for your timely response. Hopefully I won't need an assist to Fix this one for some time.
