Because I rarely use it and I'm used to using Windows 7, I don't pay attention to updating. Now I want to update to Windows 10. I hope you can help me.

Hi:

W10 is no longer available for purchase from Microsoft as it has gone out of support as of October.

The free upgrade period from W7>W10 ended years ago.

Your PC's hardware does not meet the requirements to run W11.

I recommend that you continue to use W7 until you decide to purchase a new PC.
