Product: HP Prodesk 600 G1 SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My  HP Prodesk 600 G1 SFF could not using a mouse and keyboard USB after installed Win7 Pro SP1 32bit OS.

 

I have tried workarrounds but still not solved the issue yet. Could you please help to provide the link of driver named "Intel(R) usb3.0 root hub" tu run with my Win OS above?

Download, unzip and run the setup application from the driver at the link below...

You are a great star. I am appreciate for your prompt support and it resolved.

 

Actually I have tried to download it from HP Support site at (https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-prodesk-600-g1-small-form-factor-pc/5387447) it is Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver but with a lower version than yours so it does not work for me as mentioned topic.
