I bought a used hp desktop to use in my back bedroom. It has an I5 processer, which is faster than what I currently have. I updated it to windows 10 when I got it. It initially had windows 8 on it. Everything on it seems to work with the exception of the USB ports on the back. I've tried to figure out how to get them working, including following advice from several youtube videos. Most of which give the same advice and repair options. None of them have worked. There is something in Device Manager under the USB option and indicates that the driver for Intel(R) 6 series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C2d cannot be updated. I went to Intel and there isn't a driver, and it gives the indication that because I updated to Win 10, that there is nothing I can do. Besides tossing the desktop in the trash, what can I do?
Helpful answers are welcome.

I see others commenting on that PC running Windows 10 correctly, so I have to assume there might be a hardware problem with the one in question. I see in other's posts that the motherboard is MS-7906 motherboard and there are USB 2.0 and USB 3.0. Seems odd that both of these would fail. Is that the motherboard that is installed? Is this a picture of the back panel indicating USB ports?
