Hi:

 

If the HP cloud recovery USB drive didn't work, you can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

You will not need a product key to reinstall W10, since the W10 product key is stored in your PC's BIOS firmware.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
