warranty for all in one 24

pc will simply not turn on , purchased in December 2019 and the lookup on this sit states that the warranty has expired

An HP moderator will contact you usually within 36 hours.

Standard warranty is 1 Year.  As you did not state the exact model number, I can tell you this fact:

1) That series was first released in 2017. Various models were then progressively released.

2) NOS aka New Old Stock.  A vendor/re-seller unloads older models within the series. You will need the purchase invoice to prove you bought this unit within the last year.

3) Those units utilize a laptop style PSU. Check that the wall cord is firmly pushed into the power brick.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

have done that repeatedly simply will not turn on have reached out to HP 1 week ago for the warranty and have heard nothing

not the best customer service, all they have done is sent me an email with a case number and no follow up

i have received a case number from HP, 5047920083, that has all of the info that you need to know

please follow up on that and let me know about my warranty
