Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to log-in to view Whitehat webinars. I have done this for years on my previous system Windows 7. After I submit my registration, cisco webex is suppose to automatically download, opens the webinars. I do not know if webex is downloading or why it does not open the webinar. I have tried google and firefox.

Second question: (Firefox now comes up as google, why)

This is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers.


We have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.


For help with CISCO Webex issues, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
