Unfortunately, even this top processor for your motherboard is not Windows 11 eligible.
However, if you like your PC, there are a number of safe and effective ways to upgrade to Windows 11 anyway, such as described in this YouTube instructional video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSrmhhigEhY&t=332s&ab_channel=Tips2Fix.
