I installed Linux and would like to go back to windows. Made 3 windows image backup disks and 1 windows backup recovery disk before installing Linux. How do I recover now? The disks are not working for me.

Hi:
Use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
You will need to have access to another PC running W7 64 bit or newer, and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the bootable recovery drive.
Here is an info link for how to use the HP cloud recovery tool.

After your PC has been restored to W10, you can upgrade back to W11.

Hello Paul - thanks for the information. I was able to download windows 11 from Microsoft site and made a USB installer. Since the registry still had my windows registration key I was able to just install Windows 11 and left it at that. Worked great and am happily back using windows. Thanks for your help.
