Can I downgrade Window 10 64 bits OS to 32 bits OS on HP Prodesk 400G7?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately that would not be possible.

 

Only 64 bit operating systems are supported.

 

No 32 bit drivers were developed, and Microsoft deliberately left the USB3 drivers out of the W10 32 bit installation media so it will not install on PC's where 32 bit OS's are not supported.

 

What will happen if you try and install W10 32 bit on the PC is the keyboard and mouse will freeze and you will not be able to proceed.
