I made the problem when I deleted the recovery partition.  I then tried the reset and it failed, error NTFS FILE. I have been able to change the CMOS password so I can access Recovery.  Need to download the creation file but not able to for some reason.  Help is needed, thank you.   Warren

That mean the normal way to rest is useless.  For (original) Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

Thank you for your response, I have been working with this critter for toooo long.  I downloaded the tool but on installing it asked for my product number and when I entered it was not accepted, not a valid number apparently.....Any help for that?
