hello

When I install win 10/11 for laptop it freezes and I can't move the mouse

checked the ram and ssd but no problem

I updated the bios but nothing

guys i found a fix that you should move the mouse while installing win 10

What is it running now ? For Windows 11, it should say your machine does not meet requirements to install Windows 11. If you wish, you can

                  

               Installing Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements

no i activate the tpm for installing win 11 
but this problem when i install win 10 and win 11

i try to install win 10 laptop froze and i try to install win 11 laptop froze too .
i plug the usb into my desktop its run 
ram isn't the problem 
and the ssd too
