Microsoft Windows 11

Hello , I've been having an issue over the last couple of days trying to update my windows , I've spoken to Microsoft support advisors to help me with this problem and they thought it would be best to contact HP directly. I spoke to a one individual who advised me that HP have more support and to update my processor first so i can upgrade my windows 11. my windows is currently windows 10 1909 ? My desktop has been checking for updates and is trying to update windows 10 22H2  but its currently stuck on a certain percentage , I've been trying to reset, restart and the percentage still remains, I also also advised to share my screen with Microsoft support to help fix the issue but quick assist will not load due to also needing updating , its not just this app but many others as well. The computer wont update any apps until the latest update is complete. I've followed steps given by Microsoft through live chat and I've been deleting files , downloading files (ISO) , following steps via emails and its not solving any thing. Could you please help me solve this issue as my desktop is causing everything to now not function correctly. If any more information is required i can send that other in a separate post/email.

thank you for your time ,

Mia.
