wiped Omen desktop and cant find omen control software to install

I put a new drive in my omen desktop but did not create a recovery because I prefer clean installs but I noticed after installing all the drivers I cannot find the Omen Control software to control the colors on the desktop, I really would like to be able to customize my PC, where can I find this program?

I did try those and even though they install I think they r old versions because they do not run on my omen desktop

the 'sp70894.exe' applies to Windows 8.  I wonder if it works with Windows 10 ???

No does not work on windows 10 and also looks like that version applies to notbooks and the keyboard colors vs im trying to change the color on the front of the dekstop.
