In 2014 I bought 2 HP desktop computers.
For the last week I have Been trying to update them to windows 10. After going thru the complete installation disk etc, near the end it says on the screen and it says on the screen " this computer cannot be upgraded to windows 10 ".
I have included the windows 10 system requirements and both computers meet the requirements.
My first computer is a touch screen 23" A-I-O HP 23-f213w
My second computer is a floor model P7-1423w
I have included attachment [pictures of the screens and requirements.
Can you tell me how to upgrade these computers to windows 10 as they seem to meet the requirements, or, tell me what is wrong.

Hi:
Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why you are getting that message, because the PC's meet the W10 hardware requirements.
But unless you are willing to pay for both PC's to be upgraded to W10, I would just forget about trying to upgrade.
Microsoft has recently closed the loophole that allowed for PC's to continue to get the free upgrade to W10 beyond the July 2016 expiration date of the free upgrade period.
It's official: No more free Windows 10 upgrades | ZDNET

You're very welcome.
If the PC won't let you do an in-place upgrade, you will probably have to clean install W10 which would mean reinstalling all of your programs and files.
Does your PC have the latest BIOS update installed which is 80.11?
I don't normally suggest updating the BIOS since that always has risks, so that is a gamble you would have to take.
The release notes do not indicate that it provides support for W10 either.
