You're very welcome.
Sorry that didn't work.
There is one other easy thing you can try.
If you have system protection turned on, your PC should be creating periodic system restore points.
Run the system restore utility and pick the closest system restore point date before you uninstalled the ethernet driver.
Hopefully that will fix the problem. Watch this video for how to run system restore if you don't know how.

If that doesn't work, you will have to backup your files and reinstall Windows 10 in order to get the ethernet to work again.

Hi:
W10 automatically installs the driver.
There are no W10 standalone drivers for that model ethernet adapter that you can easily find.
Have you tried restarting the PC and see if Windows installs the device again?
Is there an ethernet controller device showing up in the device manager with a little ! mark next to it.
If you see an ethernet controller device, I have zipped up and attached the W10 ethernet controller drivers that Windows Update would have installed automatically for you if you had an internet connection.
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the ethernet controller device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and hopefully the driver will install.
