I made a big mistake in disabling Intel Optane Memory and now when I try to enable it again,  it says I could lose all my driver's data.  So of course I contacted Intel, and they confirmed that if I proceed to enable it then there's a small change I could lose everything.  They then told me to contact my pc's manufacturer since Intel Optane Memory had been preinstalled when I purchased it.  So that's why I'm contacting you guys

Does the program update the BIOS, or does it update files within Windows?

If the latter, do you have a "spare" disk-drive that is empty, and the same (or nearly the same) capacity as your current disk-drive?

If so, then use free software, such as "Macrium Reflect" to create a "clone" of your disk-drive onto the "spare" disk-drive.

Disconnect your original disk-drive.

Connect the "clone" disk-drive.

Try the program to enable Optane.

If it works on the "cloned" disk-drive, then you know that you can disconnect the "clone", reconnect the original disk-drive, and run the program again.
