All In One 20-e014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not sure if anyone still uses these types of computers but I'm not sure if I can be able to add more memory to my 20-e014 computer, and is there a video to open the metal plates protecting the board?

Hi, @Under97

Your PC has the Intel Celeron N notebook processor, which supports 8 GB of memory.

Intel® Celeron® Processor N3050 (2M Cache, up to 2.16 GHz) Product Specifications

So in theory, your PC may support 8 GB of memory if you want to risk $35 on an upgrade.

Crucial 8GB Single DDR3/DDR3L 1600 MT/S (PC3-12800) Unbuffered SODIMM 204-Pin Memory - CT102464BF160...

You would have to remove the 4 GB memory module and replace it with an 8 GB memory module.

The only resource I could find to help you remove and replace the memory, is the service manual for your PC.
