We need to give you the original passwords, I doubt that is possible?
if not, contact Hp directly, you may incur significant charges

If you contact HP, they will demand proof of ownership of the PC -- which you can probably NOT provide since, as you indicate, this is the school's computer, not one you bought yourself.
So, as @Prométhée told you already, you will have to find some computer repair person to assist you in this.
