I made a post of my Z800 having a boot delay, and a comment from Grzwacz suggested I would run an HP Diagnostics. However, when I installed the HP Diagnostics software it never ran or even showed a window. And while I was researching a solution for the software not running, I decided to save an image, but it suddenly showed me an error saying "You do not have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission." I tried every folder in every drive in my Z800 but it wont let me save anything, I ended up resetting my Z800 (With "keep personal files" on), but when I tried to install my software back (Firefox, Steam, etc.) I still don't have my powers back. I am the only user on my machine and I own this machine. I don't know how to get my powers back, if anyone knows how to fix this, please reply the solution.
