Ok Hello my name is Griffin, and I was wonder if some one could help me change administrative powers to give them to 2 accounts because neither one has Admin powers on it so I can't download certain things as it will say I need the admin code and their is no admin code as there is no admin.   I realy need help here so if anyone could help me that would be awsome thank you and good day to all of you.

Hi

There must  be an Admin Account on the system.

However if there is no way to access the account, then a re-install will provide an opportunity to create an admin account, but may well wipe the Hard Disk of all data.

 

Who installed/setup the PC originally?
