My computer is in automatic repair. I have tried the advanced options. The starting point resetting doesn't have a starting point allocated to choose from. Itried the f8 with no results
The advanced option has cmd as an option
How can I end the automatic repair loop or add a start point for recovery from that platform?

I think you are stuck in a startup repair loop as described in this Microsoft Windows document.
First run diagnostics to make sure there's there's no bad hardware like the disk or memory.
Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics. If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty and Click here for world-wide contact info |
Since Windows cannot start then you need to enter Windows safe mode from outside of Windows
First read this article about safe mode. Skip down to 'Enter safe mode from outside windows. If F11 does not get you into system recovery then try turning the power on and off three or more times in a row.

I apologize if you've already done this. Try the startup repair if it fails then do the restore point.
Since the startup repair fails then do the restore point.
This video describes how to use a restore point. Ignore that it shows windows working. Clicking on "System restore" will bring up the list of restore points similar to what is in the below video.

If there are no restore points or the restore point is so far back that you'll lose a lot of programs then you need to bring up the device manager and see if you can fix the problem.
Find the device that has the error icon and try to fix it.
