I have checked from the scans if i have all the correct file updates and drivers in which I do, still saying I need to update my bios. Upon further deep diving into it apparently TPM 2.0 was updated in someway that the 2022 update the bios currently does not have the support for ranked play the game requires? I don't know Secure boot is on not sure what else to do besides wait for update while all my friends can play and i cannot. Unfortunate for  me but please push bios update soon so TPM can be updated so I can get on some cod going with the boys! Thank you HP.

This is likely a firmware-level TPM 2.0 issue rather than Windows itself. Even when Windows 11 shows TPM and Secure Boot as enabled, some games check how TPM is implemented in the BIOS, and older BIOS versions can fail that validation.

You can try resetting Secure Boot keys to factory defaults and confirming TPM is set to fTPM in BIOS, but if HP hasn’t released an updated BIOS for this model yet, there’s not much you can do besides wait.

I’ve seen similar TPM and Secure Boot dependency issues in enterprise setups too. I was reading about it recently while researching health management software, where applications can fail checks even when systems look compliant on the surface.

Hopefully HP pushes a BIOS update soon so you can get back to ranked.
