Hi. I have a HP 15 laptop da0073wm and I want to know if it has a backlit keyboard and if it does, how to turn it on.

By HP's specs that model does not come with a backlit keyboard.

 

If some 3rd party company wants to sell it with a backlit keyboard they can.

 

Because that series can have a backlit keyboard:
