Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi i am Caleb and i have had my laptop for 2 years so i hover over the battery icon it says 0% Avalible plugged in not charging and the light by the charging hole is white but when i go to talk my charger off it shuts down and i have to leave the charger in there plz help me fix this

HP Recommended

The symptoms indicate the battery has failed and needs replaced.  If the laptop runs off of the charger, then most likely the charger is OK.


I'm not an HP employee.

Since the model number was not posted, look on the battery for the HP number and either look for that number at HP or do a Google search for that number to find someone that carries that model /part number.
