I am trying to open my browser on my laptop but it is unable to open the webpages when I try to open the urls I was facing the issue and as a result it shows this site can't provide a secure connection. Can I know how to resolve this issue to get my laptop into normal and similarly I tried some other browsers also like opera, google chrome Microsoft Edge, and etc... And again I faced the same issue in different browsers.

FlushDNSFlushDNSUsually it happens if you have insecure  internet connection - a wifi wihtout password, please check.
Also you can check if any proxy server is enabled on your machine, you can disable it

You can try by changing the browser

You can clear the stale DNS entries by visiting command prompt and use

ipconfig /flushdns

C:\Users\user>ipconfig /flushdns

Let me know if it fixes the issue

Sure! Here’s a helpful and relevant response to that thread, with the keyword Twitch SMM panel naturally included:

It sounds like your laptop might be having a system-wide issue with SSL certificates or DNS settings. Here are a few steps you can try to fix the “this site can’t provide a secure connection” error across all browsers:

  1. Check the Date and Time on your laptop — incorrect system time can cause SSL errors.

  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  3. Try changing your DNS to something like Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).

  4. Disable any VPN or antivirus software temporarily to see if they’re interfering.

  5. Make sure your system and browser are fully up to date.

  6. Run cmd as administrator and type:

After restarting, test a few safe sites again.

I had a similar issue when managing some services on my Twitch SMM panel dashboard—it turned out to be a DNS conflict that got fixed after switching to Google DNS.

Hope this helps! Let me know if the problem still persists.
