I am trying to do a clean install of Window 7 Professional using the DVD drive. Windows does load into memory. But, when I click "Install now" I receive the error message "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing." It suggest inserting a driver disk. I found the driver for the CD/DVD device on the HP web site and created a driver disk. I reattempted the install, inserted the driver disk, then, received the message "No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK." Questions: First, what are the correct drivers? Second, is there a better solution to this missing driver error?

What is the exact product number on the case label.
I tried to research the number to no avail. Computer Surgeons did not list the h8-1239
I scanned thru 81 different models.
