I want to upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11.
In the PC settings is said that the processor is not supported. Windows support says that installation is possible, but to be on the safe side, ask HP support again. Unfortunately, the chat bot doesn't really help me.

Hello
Unless I'm mistaken, you will not be able to upgrade the hardware that said, no need to spend money to install windows 11, no interest
Warning
Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements
We risk having serious problems, probably updates, security problems, we do not really know what else
If the installation goes well for some, for others it can be complicated
go back to windows 10 - HP Support Community - 8200306

Hp also might not provide any update:

Think carefully, before taking the risk, see the experiences of other users, see if it can be interesting, or if you can wait to have a new computer later, 100% compatible!
Windows 10 remains one of the best systems, and can be used for quite a while.
I have performed the installation with a compatible computer ..
And I can not take full advantage of the more or less interesting features, because you have to have a certain material
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-specifications
So far, so there is nothing extraordinary about this system
So if the computer is not compatible, you have little interest in using it ..
In some cases, we can have more problem than something else (performance etc), it is better to wait until most of the bugs are solved.
And even better to have a 100% compatible computer, in order to be able to take advantage of the available features
Now, if you want to give it a try, first plan to use specialized software, and make a ghost copy of your installation.
If you still want to give it a try, see with @Paul_Tikkanen

Thank you for your quick response.
According to the Windows "PcHealth" software, all components easily meet the minimum requirements. The only problem is that, according to the software, the processor is not supported.
Screenshoot from "PC-Health"
The Windows employee wrote that an installation is possible, but I should ask HP support about this again beforehand.

"The Windows employee wrote that an installation is possible, but I should ask HP support about this again beforehand."
Is it really a microsoft employee, but whatever, easy, they unload themselves
In any case, you are not here on the hp support service, it is a mutual aid platform, user
So if you have read correctly, all information given
you may have problems, even if sometimes it goes well I warned you
look in the other messages, there are many problems with windows 11
Then wait a bit, as I told you, you can force the installation, at your own risk.
but by following a few recommendations, it could be done, so wait, that @Paul_Tikkanen tells you how to do it
note that the procedure can be found everywhere on the net

Hi, @Noeh
Since this is a peer to peer forum, and we don't work for or represent HP, you cannot reach HP support from here.
Here is how to contact HP support in Germany.
Kontakt zum Offiziellen HP® Kundensupport – Deutschland | HP® Kundensupport
Please be advised that since your PC is out of warranty you will be charged for telephone support, only to be told what you already know....the processor is not supported for W11.
Windows processor requirements Windows 11 supported Intel processors | Microsoft Docs
Intel processors have to be 8th generation or newer.
If you want to upgrade to W11, I can give you 2 easy ways to bypass the hardware checks, and a way to easily go back to W10, once the built in 'go back to W10' period expires.
