When I try to install Sony 'Image Data Converter' or 'Imaging Edge' I get error message 'Could not access network location\Hewlett-Packard\\. At Sony's suggestion, I've made sure that I'm running most recent Windows update and I've tried disabling antivirus but the problem persists. Some forums have led me to believe this is a uniquely HP issue and that there's a problem with something in the registry. I'm no expert, however, so I'm looking for some guidance, hope someone can help.
Cheers
