Product: Pavilion p7-1026b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I mistakenly clicked forgot password and now I can't log in. I talked to Microsoft and they told me my manufacturer has to factory reset and help back up files. I don't know how to connect with HP to talk to anyone about this.
I had tried to shift plus reset but my pc freezes on choose keyboard layout everytime. I need help. Please.

Hi
There are methods to remove/reset a password in W7 if you have the original install disk, or can make something similar.
One such is http://www.chntpw.com/download/
So please tell us what resources you have.
