Basically thats the issue. I can't login into https://developers.hp.com/user/login from different devices and different browsers. It always throws me "Error message You are not authorized to log in." I actually need to download something from there, which is a bit urgent.

Hi @kuroi_kenshi, we have 30 different models of HP printer and over 200 devices, but the issue has nothing to do with the models. The issue as mentioned in the opening post is that if you go to Log in | hp's Developer Portal you get the error message "You are not authorized to log in. Please reach out to your HP project contact." when you try to log in or register for a new account. Without being able to log in to the developer portal i can't create the API key, in order to use the api to query it for the warranty statues.

Same issue for me - need to be able to create an account to enable access to API key.

Unable to create an account - You are not authorized to log in. Please reach out to your HP project contact.

Hi Kuroi_Kenshi,

The issue is not just existing for printers, but all people that are dependent on the HP Developer site. It would be really nice if you could take a look into it.

Best Regards
