When I was watching videos on my HP pc desktop, it was running fine as usual no shutdowns, no new updates, nothing too dangerous or unusual. But when I was watching videos on YouTube it suddenly started to shut down and when I turned on again, it took me to choose your keyboard but then it only showed troubleshoot and turn off your PC. Of course, I picked troubleshoot but then there wasn’t to restar button what’s so ever! I tried to used System restore, but only to find out that windows took that away :(. Tried to used Command prompt but again didn’t do much. Uninstall updates, refused to work and keeps telling me to restart IF ONLY THERE WAS A WAY TO RESTART IT. Again, never gave me the restart button. Tried UEFI, still doesn’t work even then I tried to see if it can restart my whole system- but again don’t think it’s possible. if anyone is reading this, please help me, I don’t want to think that this is a windows issue or any of my fault because again I let it shutdown whenever I get off, I let it rest for hours when I leave to work, I clean out every virus possible, no full storage and everything seemed healthy! So what’s the problem???

This sounds like an overheating problem.
Open the case to get access to the fans and use an air duster
