I have been using HP Support Assistant but recently when I run HP Hardware Windows Diagnostics It runs but I get a message stating, " To help prtect your security, your web browser (edgE) has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer."
I have allowed active content on the browser but still get the same message. I s there anything you suggest I can do to sort this , please.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to run the hardware diagnostics from HP Support Assistant.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Why are you running the hardware diagnostics? Are you facing any issues with the computer?
There are many ways to run the hardware diagnostics on the computer. Refer to the below article to run the hardware diagnostics on your computer.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Follow the below steps and check if it helps.
-
Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
-
Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
-
On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
If the diagnostics are not available when using the F2 menu, run the diagnostics from a USB drive. To download the latest version of the diagnostics, go to the HP Hardware Diagnostics website. For instructions, see the section Testing with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from an external USB device in this document.
-
Click Fast Test.
-
Click Run once.
While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component displays on the screen.
-
If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you contact HP Customer Support. The information is also available in Test Logs on the main menu.
-
If no test fails, click Continue, and then click Run once to run the 2nd Pass of the System Fast Test.
-
-
If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you contact HP Customer Support. The information is also available in Test Logs on the main menu.
If no system component fails, run the Extensive Test.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Yes, I know all this already. The problem is that HPHWDiag won't run even on its own or from HP Support Assistant.
This is what I get. How do I get around this, please. Please refer to the original question.
When I try to allow blocked content, I get a page with this code

Looks like you are trying to run it from the browser.
Follow the steps suggested in the below article to run it from the USB drive or from F2.
